Kontrakten gjelder for foresatte av ungdom som ikke kan stå som betaler av egen kontrakt. Foresattes kontrakt blir brukt til å etablere 'Annen betaler' for ungdommens kontrakt, og det er ingen kostnader knyttet til foresattes kontrakt, kun for tilknyttet ungdomskontrakt. Ved signering av denne kontrakt godtar den registrerte foresatte å stå som juridisk og økonomisk ansvarlig for tilknyttet ungdomskontrakt.

This contract applies to guardians of young people who cannot be payer of their own contract. The guardian's contract is used to establish the 'Other Payer' for the youth's contract, and there are no costs associated with the guardian's contract, only for the associated youth contract. By signing this contract, the registered guardian agrees to be legally and financially responsible for the associated youth contract.
